The project is located on a 2-acre parcel of prime commercial property just off Hwy 60 (the Superstition Freeway) in Mesa, Arizona. Construction is almost complete on this project os of this posting, and consists of ten 2,000 square foot units in Phase I, with an additional 6,000 s.f. of flexible space in Phase II.
The Mesa area has experienced significant residential growth over the past decade. Commercial development is still lagging behind the residential rooftops. The developer of Clearview Business Park identified a market niche that has gone unfilled and brought this project to National Note for funding. Our research indicated significant barriers to entry in this product type, which limits competition. 75% of these units were pre-sold prior to breaking ground.

Almost a twin to the Mesa project above, these units are located on 3 acres near Stapley and Baseline in Gilbert, Arizona. The intersection of Stapley and Baseline is said to be the busiest intersection in all of Arizona, with the highest traffic counts in the State. At the time of this posting, the project has received its final certificate of occupancy for eighteen 2,000 square foot Office/Warehouse condominiums that are completely finished, with the first six (6) of the units already having been sold and closed.
