Outpost on the Strawberry

A Unique Family Recreation Development in the Scenic Uintah Mountains.

This property was formerly a mobile home park that National Note took back in foreclosure. It has frontage on the pristine Strawberry River. In cooperation with Duchesne City, the company is re-developing the site into a nice, but affordable family recreation subdivision. The project’s location takes advantage of the spectacular recreation available in the area, such as fishing, hunting, boating, water skiing, four-wheeling, snowmobiling, hiking, biking, rock hunting, camping and cross country skiing. However, rather than families having to invest small fortunes into a 5 acre lot and take years to build a cabin, National Note's development will allow families to purchase a “pad” in this Planned Unit Development with full modern conveniences of electricity, public water, public sewer, garbage collection, natural gas, cable TV, professional landscaping, and Internet. Then, owners can drive their motor homes or pull their travel trailers onto their own lot and leave them fully set up for as long as they want while being fully secured within the fortress walls of the Outpost. There will be no roughing it at the Outpost.

A club house will be made available for the hosting of extended family gatherings such as birthdays or family reunions. A homeowner's association will take care of all common area maintenance so that members of the family are free to enjoy the time they spend together at their second home, rather than being burdened by upkeep. The development is still in the planning process with the municipality. Marketing of these properties is expected to commence in 2009.
